1. Stock & Rack Inventory Ledger
The main product workspace is Stock → Stock & Rack Inventory Ledger. The Warehouse Products (Balances) view lets you search by product name, SKU, barcode or brand and filter by product, type, brand and stock status.
2. Create a new product
+ Add New Product opens the product form. It contains Product Name, SKU, Primary Barcode, Brand, Product Type, Category, Purchase Price, Currency, Sales Price, Unit and Product Image URL. Save the product only after the identifiers are correct.
3. Product actions
- Edit Product Information updates the master product card.
- Publishing / Content opens channel/content operations.
- Alternative Barcodes manages additional scannable codes.
- Change Rack starts a physical location operation.
- Print Label opens label output.
- Stock Movements opens the movement history.
4. Edit product information
Editing the product card changes master data such as name, SKU, barcode, brand, category and pricing fields. It does not change stock or rack quantities. Physical quantity/location changes belong to warehouse operations.
5. Alternative barcodes
The Alternative Barcodes dialog shows the primary barcode and all additional barcodes for the same product. You can type/scan a new code or search existing products. A barcode can be linked to only one product.
6. Barcode search and scan
The product list search accepts product name, SKU, barcode and brand. After adding or reassigning a barcode, run a test scan from the list to verify that it opens the intended product.
