Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of BEWMS, including the BEWMS website, warehouse management service and supported ChatGPT integration.
1. Authorized use
You may use BEWMS only for lawful warehouse, inventory, order, fulfillment and related business operations that you are authorized to access. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account.
2. Accounts, stores and permissions
BEWMS may scope access by organization, store/tenant, warehouse, role and permission. You must not attempt to access another customer's data or bypass authorization controls.
3. AI and ChatGPT integration
BEWMS may expose supported warehouse capabilities to ChatGPT through an authenticated MCP connection. AI-generated explanations and recommendations should be reviewed by the user before they are relied on for operational decisions. The BEWMS MCP toolset is primarily read-only. A permission-scoped write tool supports controlled product creation from user-provided .xlsx files only after file analysis, explicit user confirmation and a server-side recheck. It does not overwrite existing products or import or modify physical inventory/stock. Other state-changing warehouse operations are unavailable unless a dedicated permission-scoped tool is provided.
4. Data and files
You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and authorization of data and files you provide to BEWMS. Do not upload data you are not permitted to process or share.
5. Third-party services
BEWMS may interoperate with marketplaces, carriers, payment providers, OpenAI and other third-party services. Their own terms, availability and technical limits may apply to those integrations.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep BEWMS available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Features may be improved, modified or discontinued as the service evolves, subject to applicable obligations.
7. Prohibited activity
- Unauthorized access, credential sharing or security circumvention.
- Use that violates law or third-party rights.
- Malicious automation, interference, reverse engineering where prohibited, or attempts to disrupt BEWMS or connected systems.
8. Support and termination
Support is available at [email protected]. Access may be restricted or terminated where necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance or material misuse, subject to applicable law and contractual rights.
9. Privacy
Use of BEWMS is also subject to the BEWMS Privacy Policy.
