When reporting a problem
Please include the affected BEWMS store/tenant name, the feature or screen involved, what you expected, what happened, and any non-sensitive error message or screenshot that helps reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords, API secrets or payment-card data.
BEWMS for ChatGPT
For plugin connection problems, include whether the issue occurs in ChatGPT web, desktop or mobile, the BEWMS account/store you intended to connect, and the exact user-visible error. Never send OAuth tokens or authorization codes.
