1. Barcode-verified picking
The picker follows the task and scans the physical product. The barcode check connects the item in hand with the order line and prevents silent substitution.
2. Quantity and rack checks
Use the quantity shown by the task and keep rack verification intact. Voice quantity commands can speed up supported flows but do not bypass barcode rules.
3. Packing
After picking, verify the physical contents again at the packing station. Do not continue packing an order that has been cancelled.
4. Final Processing Rack
Use Final Processing Racks when a picked order needs a controlled physical waiting point before packing or shipping.
5. Printing
Shipping labels and configured documents are created in the printing step. Printing Information/History helps you confirm what has already been printed before requesting a reprint.
6. Carrier handoff
Use the shipping barcode scan to confirm the package before carrier handoff. Carrier Handoff History records the downstream transfer for traceability.
