INTEGRATION GUIDE

Trendyol integration: setup and operations guide

Connect Trendyol Supplier ID, API Key and API Secret to BEWMS, map the correct store/warehouse and test the full order-to-pick-pack-ship workflow.

1. Prepare BEWMS first

Before connecting Trendyol, make sure you are in the correct BEWMS store, product SKU/barcode data exists and the main warehouse/rack structure is ready.

2. Get Trendyol API credentials

In Trendyol Partner, open Account Information → API Management and copy the account-specific Supplier ID, API Key and API Secret.

Keep the secret private

Do not share the API Secret in screenshots or open support messages.

3. Create the Trendyol connection in BEWMS

Open Integrations → Marketplaces → Trendyol, enter Supplier ID, API Key and API Secret, and link the connection to the correct BEWMS store. Map WarehouseId when your Trendyol setup requires a warehouse identifier.

4. When the first order arrives

The order enters Warehouse Orders, where product lines are evaluated against stock/location readiness. Use Stock Bottleneck when a line is blocking warehouse execution.

5. Barcode picking and packing

The picker scans the physical product. If Trendyol or a supplier uses another valid code for the same item, add it as an Alternative Barcode instead of creating a duplicate product.

6. Labels, carrier and accounting

Label and carrier operations follow the configured shipping connection. Use Printing History and the shipping barcode to keep the package tied to the correct order. Decide which system owns invoicing before go-live.

7. Go-live checklist

Supplier ID matches the store
API Key / Secret are valid
SKU/barcode mapping is correct
Warehouse/racks are ready
Test order reached BEWMS
Picking scan worked
Packing completed
Label/shipping completed
