1. Where the assistant appears
The ROVILÄ Assistant panel is connected to the WMS context. WAITING/LISTENING states show whether the assistant is currently accepting voice input; Hands-Free Task combines voice and supported operational actions.
2. Why is this order waiting?
AI can explain a waiting order using stock, location and operation state instead of collapsing every delay into “out of stock”. Validate the explanation against Stock Bottleneck and the product’s actual rack state.
3. Next operational action
Use AI for questions such as which order should go first, which location blocks picking, or which replenishment/warehouse move would unlock more work.
4. AI does not bypass controls
AI is decision support. Product scans, rack checks, user permissions, order-state validation and shipping controls still apply.
5. Monitor and hands-free use
Use the Monitor control and assistant status to confirm listening state. After a spoken response finishes, supported flows resume listening.
