Order Management

Use the eight Orders views, filters, priority/readiness, stock bottleneck analysis and picking/printing/shipping histories to manage daily warehouse work.

1. Warehouse Orders

Orders → Warehouse Orders is the daily queue. Filter by channel, status, city, date, priority and deadline; use Clear Filters to reset the view and CSV Export when you need the data outside BEWMS.

2. Eight operational views

  • Warehouse Orders
  • Order Priority
  • Order Products
  • Stock Bottleneck
  • Picking Information
  • Printing Information
  • Shipping Information
  • Carrier Delivery Information

Each view answers a different operational question without duplicating the order itself.

3. Readiness and waiting reasons

BEWMS does not send every imported order straight to picking. Stock, physical location and current warehouse state determine whether the order is ready, waiting for stock/location, or waiting for picking.

4. Priority and urgent picking

Order Priority helps separate what should be handled first. Urgent Picking Task can assign a specific operator when immediate action is required.

5. Cancelled orders

A cancelled order should not continue through picking, packing or label printing. Check the live order state before starting a physical operation on a previously active order.

6. If an order seems missing

Clear all filters first, then verify channel, status and date. If it still does not appear, verify the connected store and the order state at the source channel.
