1. Open the connection screen
In BEWMS management, open Integrations → Marketplaces → Temu. Account name is only used to identify the store inside BEWMS; enter the provider credentials in the fields below.
2. Required connection details
Temu App Key
Temu App Secret
Temu seller access token
3. What does BEWMS use for this connection?
BEWMS uses bg.order.list.v2.get on Temu Open Platform. The signature is generated on the BEWMS server with MD5 + App Secret; only fulfillBySeller orders awaiting shipment are imported.
App Key, App Secret and Access Token must belong to the same Temu seller account. In the first test, verify the fulfillment type and shipment status on Temu.
4. Automatic product-card option
When “Automatically create a product card for products not found in the system” is enabled, BEWMS creates a base product card if an incoming integration item cannot be found.
Automatic card creation does not create stock, rack placement or stock movements. Physical stock and location data must be completed through the warehouse operation.
5. Active and secure save
Keep Active enabled for the connection to participate in order synchronization, then save with Securely Save to Store. Do not expose credentials in screenshots or support messages.
6. First live test
After saving the Temu connection, validate the flow end to end with a single test order.
- Does the order arrive in the correct BEWMS store?
- Does the product SKU or barcode match the existing product card?
- If the item is unmatched, does automatic product-card creation behave as expected?
- Is the stock/readiness state correct in Warehouse Orders?
- Can picking, packing and shipping be completed on the expected order?
7. Common checks
I saved the credentials but no order arrives.
First confirm that Active is enabled, all credentials belong to the same Temu store, and the test order satisfies the status/fulfillment conditions imported by this integration.
The order arrives but the product cannot be found.
Search by primary barcode, alternative barcode and SKU. If automatic product-card creation is enabled, remember that it creates only the base card — not stock or rack records.
What should I verify before going live?
Complete one test order end to end: store → BEWMS import → product matching → readiness → picking → packing → shipping.
