Current access level
The current MCP toolset is primarily read-only. It can retrieve supported operational data. A permission-scoped write tool supports controlled product creation from user-provided .xlsx files: BEWMS analyzes the file first, classifies rows as NEW, EXISTING, conflict or invalid, and creates only explicitly confirmed rows that are still NEW after a server-side recheck. This workflow does not overwrite existing products and does not import or modify physical inventory/stock. Other state-changing warehouse operations are unavailable unless a dedicated permission-scoped tool is provided.
Connection
BEWMS uses an authenticated MCP connection to wms.bewms.com. Users connect their BEWMS account and the integration operates within the authorized store/tenant context.
